Will I feel high/intoxicated after consuming BOHECO medicines?

No, BOHECO medicines are designed for therapeutic use and are prescribed in controlled, medically appropriate formulations. They do not induce intoxication when used as directed by a doctor. Our formulations focus on wellness outcomes such as improved sleep, pain relief, or stress management without causing a recreational “high.”

Where can I get a prescription? 

You can obtain a prescription from a certified medical practitioner. If you do not have one, you can consult with a BOHECO doctor through a virtual consultation or visit one of our clinics and stores. 

Where are BOHECO products made? (manufacturing unit in Madhya Pradesh)

BOHECO products are manufactured at our own licensed manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh. The facility operates under regulatory guidelines and follows strict quality and safety standards for cannabis-based Ayurvedic medicines, ensuring that every product is produced in a controlled and compliant environment.

Is a consultation a necessity for Rx products?

A consultation is required if you do not already have a valid prescription. If you have a prescription from a certified medical practitioner issued within the last 120 days, you can submit it for verification. Once verified, your order will be processed without an additional consultation.

Are BOHECO medicines addictive?

BOHECO medicines are prescribed formulations intended for therapeutic use under medical guidance. They are used to address specific symptoms and conditions and are not designed to create dependence. When taken as directed by a qualified practitioner, they can be used safely as part of a structured treatment plan.

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9619696100 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at  customercare@boheco.com. 

When will the consultation take place?

If you purchase a prescription product, a BOHECO doctor will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your consultation. The doctor will determine the appropriate medicine or dosage before your order is finalized and dispatched.

Do you accept prescriptions from other doctors?

Yes, we accept prescriptions from certified medical practitioners. The prescription must be valid and issued within the last 120 days. Once submitted, our team will verify the document before processing your order. 

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, if your consultation results in a change in prescription or the doctor recommends an additional product, our customer care team can assist you with updating your order accordingly before dispatch

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on all orders. 

Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take? 

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after they are placed, or after a valid prescription has been verified for prescription products. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on the location.

Can I modify the shipping details?

Shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been placed. Please ensure that your address and contact information are correct before completing the checkout process to avoid delays or delivery issues.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. After verifying the issue and conducting a quality check, we will arrange an exchange or refund. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.

What is BOHECO’s return or exchange policy?

We offer exchanges for incorrect products or items with genuine manufacturing defects. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the product packaging must remain sealed and intact. Refunds may be issued if replacement products are unavailable.
