Who will I be consulting with?
You will consult with BOHECO’s in-house doctors. During the consultation, the doctor will understand your medical history, current health concerns, ongoing medications, sleep patterns, and lifestyle factors. Based on this assessment, the doctor will prescribe appropriate BOHECO medicines and guide you on dosage and usage.
How long does a consultation usually take?
The duration of a consultation may vary depending on your medical history and the condition being discussed. Most consultations typically take 15-20 minutes.
Is my consultation confidential?
All consultations with BOHECO doctors are confidential. Your personal information, medical history, and details shared during the consultation are used only for clinical evaluation and maintaining medical records.
How long is my prescription valid?
Prescriptions issued by BOHECO doctors are valid for 120 days from the date of issue. During this period, you can - order the prescribed medicines. If your treatment needs to continue after this period, a follow-up consultation is required.
What if I miss my consultation appointment?
If you miss your scheduled consultation, the doctor or our team may attempt to contact you. You can also reach out to our customer care team at customercare@boheco.com to reschedule the appointment. We will help you arrange another consultation with the doctor at the earliest convenient time.
