BOHECO facilitates (i) online purchase of ayurvedic, cosmetic, food, veterinary products and cannabis leaf based medicines sold by various third party (“E-Commerce”) and by the Company; (ii) online medical consultancy services/ second opinion being offered by third party independent practitioners (“Virtual Clinic”); and (iii) online advertisements of various sponsors advertising and marketing their own good and services (“Advertisers”). Collectively these are referred to as the Services.

This Policy (Privacy Policy) conveys the mode, method and manner in which BOHECO Health collects, stores and disseminates the Personal Identifiable Information (“defined below”) from the Users (hereinafter referred to as “User” “Users” or “You”). For the purpose of this Policy User(s) shall mean such individuals who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and wish to subscribe to the Services (offered by BOHECO by itself or through third party service providers).
