BOHECO medicines contain cannabis leaf-based formulations. Cannabis leaf falls under Schedule E-1 of The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. As per law, any oral medicine containing Schedule E-1 substance must be taken under medical supervision only. A supporting prescription is proof that a medicine will be taken under medical supervision. Therefore, we need a prescription from you. This is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine. The efficacy of the medicine has not been independently confirmed as this is an Ayurvedic medicine.

Any prescription will be valid only for a period 120 days from the date of issue.

In case you have purchased the medicine/s from our online store and if you don’t get a prescription post the consultation which is facilitated by us, then you will be eligible for a 100% refund or store credits that can be applied store wide with a 1 year validity, as per your discretion.

If your prescription is from any other doctor, but it’s invalid or does not clear our internal due diligence, in that case you will NOT receive a refund but you will be provided with store credits that can be applied store wide with a 1 year validity.
