• Doctor Consultation & Therapy 
  Meet our doctor for a consultation before your therapy, followed by your personalised therapy session. 
• Post Therapy Care 
  After your session, enjoy a clean space with disposable towels, undergarments, shower facilities and hair dryer. You’ll then meet our doctor for a personalised aftercare plan.

Any services or products not specifically mentioned under “What’s Included” are excluded from the therapy session and may be charged separately. 

• Avoid a heavy meal before your therapy session.
• Drink enough water before and after your session.
• Inform your therapist about wounds, rashes, infections, or sensitive areas before the session.
• Please let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before your session.
• Inform the doctor about any existing health conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking.
• Allow some time to relax before returning to strenuous physical activity.

• Amount paid covers one therapy session only 
• Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for store credit. 
• The discounted booking price cannot be combined with any in-store offer or promotion. 
• Any additional therapy or add-on recommended by the doctor will be charged separately.  
• The Store Team will make upto three calls and three WhatsApp message attempts to confirm your appointment.  
• The booking is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and must be availed within this period. 
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in a shortened or cancelled session. 
• Therapy Timings: Everyday, 11 AM - 8 PM
