Her Hemp Story: Let's fulfill the taste buds first - it's delicious! My personal favourite are the Hemp Hearts by BOHECO Life. I top them on my everything - sprinkled over steamed veggies, salads, rice bowls, smoothies, hummus, and nice creams! Yummmm. Somedays, I'm snacking on them solo too. Hemp Oil is great for my skin and hair as well. It nourishes my hair, and gives a glow to my face when I leave it on overnight.
